Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you have the right to return for an exchange or a refund (excluding sale items which are only eligible for an exchange) . You must return your items within 14 days of the date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, and will post the items back to you.

The item(s) must be unused and in the same original condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. 

Please enclose the original invoice that is included in the order and any information/instructions that you wish us to complete, i.e. full refund or exchange for particular item.

If the instructions are unclear, a refund or gift card will be processed.

If there is no information inside your parcel we cannot guarantee that your return will be dealt with.

If you have not sent your parcel tracked we cannot accept any liability for it.

All returns are at the buyers discretion, we do not offer returns labels.
